For 2 weeks they kept my car, as the part needed was part of a bigger part. No one did any research. First time just showed up at 3:00 and was told I need an appointment, I was the only one there with I thi of a bigger part. No one did any research. First time just showed up at 3:00 and was told I need an appointment, I was the only one there with I think 5 service people. I went a second time they said they could no do it, but gave me a time to come in. When I came for my apt, they took it but said it would be a month. She also said my warenty would be expired. I said that was her problem and got in in 2 weeks. I keep hearing others talk about how go,some of the other are, just wish SPF would take more pride in service. I already complained to mr Pack on another issue. More
