I had a serious recall that Ford notified me to take my car in immediately for. Unfortunately, Fords process is to not submit a service ticket until a car is left with them and, even being told I would hav car in immediately for. Unfortunately, Fords process is to not submit a service ticket until a car is left with them and, even being told I would have a rental vehicle, it couldn’t be provided when the vehicle was first brought in because it had to be submitted to Ford for approval and then a rental had to be found. It was a rocky start, to say the least, but I believe it was due to flaws in Ford’s service approach/process. Thankfully, the manager, Aaron, overheard my frustration and came to help. He was able to get a ticket submitted for my car with very little inconvenience to me (minus not having my car for several weeks while they waited on a part). He got me a rental the same time I dropped my car off, gave me regular updates, allowed me to pickup my car and drop the rental off, and provided excellent service to this busy mom! More
