Really great in making sure my truck was serviced with Ford parts, made sure I was informed as to what was happening with my truck. Let me know exactly when it would be ready. Washed my truck and I believe it was kept inside the garage when we had all the cold, ice and snow which I appreciate because my truck has never set outside in the weather ever. It still looks brand new and it’s a 2003. Love my truck. More
