We decided to give Sam Pack Ford service department a try after years of poor communication with another Ford dealership service department. I had tried getting in for a service at other I had tried getting in for a service at other dealerships just to get there at my appointment time mid day, just to be told it wouldn’t be finished I had tried getting in for a service at other dealerships just to get there at my appointment time mid day, just to be told it wouldn’t be finished till the next day. I made an appointment at Five Star in Lewisville and was taken in straight away and finished within an hour. Oil/filter change, tire rotation and fluid check. Service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I will return as well as recommended them to multiple coworkers that have been dealing with the same issue. More
