Repair of 2008 Avalanche My 2008 Avalanche was hit by another vehicle on 6/26/2016. I brought my Avalanche to Sands Collision Center on 6/27/2016 at approximately 2:30 pm. D My 2008 Avalanche was hit by another vehicle on 6/26/2016. I brought my Avalanche to Sands Collision Center on 6/27/2016 at approximately 2:30 pm. David Villegas took care of me and has been nothing but professional throughout the entire process. I have no complaints against the Collision Center they were all great and went out of their way to please me and help me. The problem that I had was with the Customer Service Center. I was informed on the morning of 7/22/2016 that my vehicle would be ready to be picked up at 5:00 pm. I asked if I could get picked up at home by a courtesy shuttle as I have in the past. The lady at the Collision Center checked and said I was on the list to be picked up by the shuttle at 5:00pm. When 5:00pm came and went, I called the Collision Center and they checked again and were told I was still on the list to be picked up. At 5:30pm I called and talked to David and he checked and they still said I was on the list. At 5:50, I called David and told him I would take a taxi and pick up the vehicle on Saturday, 7/23/2016. I took a taxi on Saturday and Eric the manager of the Collision center helped me and I got my Avalanche back. The Collision Center did a wonderful job with my vehicle. More
above and beyond nothing but heartache from most of my dealings here at SANDS, too many issues to detail here but when my emergency cable BROKE (I'm 55 years old and h nothing but heartache from most of my dealings here at SANDS, too many issues to detail here but when my emergency cable BROKE (I'm 55 years old and have never had a brake cable break) at 1.5 miles over 36000 miles (so yeah 1.5 over the expiration of the bumper to bumper coverage) the beautiful people at SANDS "graciously covered it under warranty! So nice they are! Now at 36,600 the hood latch lever in side the car has broke off and when I call what I get is a service advisor saying how he got in trouble for covering the broke brake and that there was nothing he could do..............is there anything else I can help you with? Jair Vazquez-Mendoza ROCKS!! My husband and I had been looking for a used truck. We did the typical round of OTHER car dealerships. My husband wanted to try Sands Chevrolet. When we arrived Jair greeted us with a warm smile, dimples and hand shake. He asked how we were doing and what kind of vehicle we were looking for? My husband told him our budget as well. Jair immediately told us of a 2006 Silverado they just taken in. He immediately went to go get the keys and went on a test drive. We had found the truck!! Jair started the process,which no matter what dealersip you go to is lengthy, however Jair made it a very positive experience!!! When his boss came back with a payment plan to high for us they listened. Both men went back to work on it again. Jair came back with our payment that worked!!! He stayed with us through the whole process. For myself, I am not a fan of CAR SALESMEN, however Jair makes vehicle shopping a positive one!!!!! He is very personable, dedicated, honest and truly cares about his customers. Jair is a true asset to Sands Chevrolet. We will definately recomend Jair Vasquez-Mendoza and Sands Chevrolet to our friends and family. More
Went for an oil change everything was great awesome service. Have been going there since I purchased my spark since 2013. Service is awesome and also fast.
