I already had to take my vehicle back for work not performed right the first time. I'm a disabled veteran and was told that the dealership gave a 10% discount ,I didn't receive that or any other things that me and Mr. Martinez discussed. I trusted that everything would be taken care of since I mentioned that I am sick and I needed my car to be trip ready for my trip. We discussed frontend work that was not done and I could've been killed, I wasn't informed that the work was not done. I am a Post-traumatic vet and this has not helped me at all. I will bring my vehicle back in and see what the service manager will help me with ,even gave me the wrong floor mat? More

I called them initially about a small cosmetic issue with the car and I spoke with a friendly service advisor, Matthew Miller. He advised me that there was a recall on my vehicle relating to the ignition switch. I took the car in and they repaired the ignition switch in the time frame that Matthew told me. Some other issues came up with the car and Sands Chevrolet treated me more than fairly. I will definitely make the longer drive in the future if I need service on my vehicle or if I'm looking to buy new one. Very happy customer, Ben K More

Engine light on Volt I was on a long distance trip when the engine light came on. The service person named Juan was great help when I got back into town. I could not miss work just coming back from vacation, and I told this to Juan. He got me into a loaner car so I did not miss work. He also made sure the service guys took additional steps on the cause of the engine light. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5, is my history has not always been this good with their service department, but my confidence in their service was renewed. More

Tried the rest now try the best! I have used other dealers service centers and none of them compare to sands. Each and every time I have needed sands they have stepped up to the plate and delivered amazing service in the rare instances I have ever had an issue (sands customer for over 12 years) sands management took care of th issues with no problems other than a simple phone call. In short do yourself and your sanity a favor just go to sands. More
