Not the greatest experience I have had while buying a car. My salesman was nice. The problem I had was i needed a cosigner. It was supposed to be a proof of income. They told my cosigner they were not going to My salesman was nice. The problem I had was i needed a cosigner. It was supposed to be a proof of income. They told my cosigner they were not going to run his credit that is why he agreed to do it. They ended up running it anyways. I was not happy and neither was he. It dropped his credit score. He called down there and talked to management and they agreed with him. Saying the deal was already done there was no reason for. Neither one of us appreciates being lied to. There fore I will never buy a car from you again. I will not recommend anyone else to as well. In the past I have bought several cars from you. But never again. More

Honest, friendly and flexible. The final offer I accepted literally took 4-5 weeks. This just goes to show that the dealer wasn't in a rush to sell me a vehicle. Rather 4-5 weeks later he saw a special that aligned with my original request and he reached out to me to continue our negotiations. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Fernando's follow up was the reason I decided to purchase a vehicle at Sand's. More
