Purchased 2016 Chevy Silverado They took it in the back to wash it and fill up gas tank to do the delivery after purchase and they scratched it all up & dented it. Dealership had no other truck with same upgrades as I had purchased to include color, therefore truck was put in to get repaired it took them over week to get it back to me receptionist was very rude @ Collision center when I called to get an update on a repair that was not caused by myself but by a Sands Chevrolet employee, very unhappy with the service I got from the Collision center. There was no discount given to me for all this time without my truck, very discontent. More

Awesome customer service I came in for a regular oil change/service, etc. and it all went as quickly and smooth as can be. I actually called ahead and spoke to Chad who agree I came in for a regular oil change/service, etc. and it all went as quickly and smooth as can be. I actually called ahead and spoke to Chad who agreed to take my business even though it was just after 5pm and it was - IS - greatly appreciated. Chad is a Service Writer who goes the extra mile and my service record is proof of just that. A couple of years ago he was the man on point with regard to my ailing (leaking excessively) power rack and pinion. He handled it with ease, worked a rental car for me and actually had to re-do the job . . . . TWICE. The original replacement was not functional and it was just more feasible to simply rebuild my original unit, so we did. Not a drop or issue since. He even followed up with a phone call to double-check on my satisfaction. Chad is the face of premium service for Sands in my opinion and he's due for a raise, isn't he? Don't let this guy get away, he handles your business like a pro should and is the model for up-and-comers to emulate. Thanks Sands and Chad especially !! More

I went in asking for Ramon, however both him and Steven were an incredibly hug I went into Sands looking to come out with a nice car within my budget. I went in asking for Ramon, however both him and Steven were an incredibly huge help. They walked me out to all the vehicles that would work with my budget. Test drove a 2013 Malibu and loved it. Ramon and Steven both made sure I the bank got the monthly payments down as close to my price range as they could and they were both very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and caring.
