Michael in the service department did everything he could to get my deductible waived, unfortunately he was not able too but instead offered me a FULL showroom detail on my car, shampoo, vacuum the works. FOR FREE. If anyone has gotten their cars professionally detailed, you know how expensive that is! I left a very happy and satisfied customer.
