The salesperson, John Dahle was waiting for me with a smile when I arrived. He welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. This is my first time buying a car and it could have been a better experience. I walked into the dealership with my blank check completely financed and ready to leave with a car. I believe the process took longer than it should have. I had to wait for some to drive my vehicle from surprise to Glendale (which I never heard of.. I thought new cars were suppose to be transported by trucks). And then driven to my home later that night. Regardless, I felt that situation should have been handled better. Yet. the part that really turned my experience up side down was the fact that I asked specifically in the beginning of the process "will my credit be run" and I received a no. When it came to paperwork I was told to sign a paper agreeing to the credit check that they have already done. So... in essence you guys are liars. I still do not understand why I have 3 inquires on my report from you guys and the bank of your choice when I came to the dealership completely financed. That is why my rating is so low. Other people may have a better experience if these small things do not bother you. More
