My experience at Sands was refreshing. Troy was my miracle on Saturday, I have challenged credit to say the very least and he NEVER made me feel less than important. I was actually referred to your lot from a friend and my frieind was right on the money when he told me, that I could find a good car. WHile I was waiting I outside for finance I did have the oppurtunity to chat with a couple of other employees, one in particular was Bill. Although I was not "his" customer he treated me as though I was. I did enjoy my experience with all that I met on Saturday, I will highly recommend Sands Chevrolet to my friends and family. Well I was very skeptical at the beginning, giving my previous experience with car dealers. So, I came on my guards to Sands Chevrolet. Amazingly, I did not have to be afraid because the agent who receiv previous experience with car dealers. So, I came on my guards to Sands Chevrolet. Amazingly, I did not have to be afraid because the agent who received me really went above and beyond my expectations. His customer service is outstanding and his people skills are just amazing. He was able to know exactly what type of vehicle I wanted and he made sure I am aware of all the options possible. Some times, I was kind of a pain in ... with all the questions and conditions I was giving, but he did not loose patience and really focused on me as a person, making sure I have the safest and healthiest deal I can. The first time I went to Sands Chevrolet, I did not purchase anything but, that did not stop troy for taking more than an hour of his time to assist me. We went back and forth for about a month before I decided to purchase anything. I can attest that I really had the best deal i could possibly have and that Troy made me rethink on my perception of car dealers that is basically "make the most money off a customer". Well, At Sands Chevrolet, that was not the case. We worked together on the deal, ensuring a win-win scenario that was actually more favorable to my side. Just to play the devil, I called my financial adviser for like an hour to review the offer that I was given by Troy. Well my adviser is really a tough guy, but, we couldn't find any suspicion on the deal I was offered. Once I purchased my new vehicle, Troy made sure the was nicely cleaned and filled with Gas. He even gave me his personal USB charger, so that i won't have to worry about charging my GPS and Phone. That is what I call real customer service and i am glad i did my purchase at Sands Chevrolet. This company must be very proud to have such a great agent. They are definitely my Number one in the Region and even in the Nation. I never had such a great experience in any other state or car dealers. I am happy I did business with these guys. More

We had purchased a 2013 Silverado from John and Terry. We then asked them to look for another truck for us in hopes of finding a diesel. John and Terry worked hard for us and we ended up with a 2004 Chevy Di then asked them to look for another truck for us in hopes of finding a diesel. John and Terry worked hard for us and we ended up with a 2004 Chevy Diesel 2500 that was in wonderful condition! No excessive mark ups since the trade came in with no current note or lean. We are so pleased that even when we move back home, we will travel out here to AZ for a truck from Sands. I will not go anywhere else! Anne West was/is an excellent representative of SANDs Chevrolet. After a terrible experience with another Chevrolet dealership, it was refreshing to deal with someone who is competent and customer frien Chevrolet. I didn't feel like I was just another piece of income for Anne. I had numerous questions which she gladly provided the answers. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy immdeiately and make a decision. In fact due to her patience and ability to listen, I actually purchased a different vehicle than what I intended, and purchased one that was more expensive and also met my needs. I cannot stress the customer service Anne delivered, it was/is the reason I will purchase from SANDs in the future. My interaction with her was on the phone yet I felt like I have known her for years. She was very personalble to me and informed about the Chevrolet product. My parents had been shopping around for a New Silverado Crew Cab. We came to Sands Chevrolet because it was conveniently located close to home and my experience many years in the past was good.
