I went into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Anne worked with me every step of the way. She listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got just that. This is the worse place to buy a car don't believe anything from these manager JC I went there this past Tuesday to buy a new Traverse I drive a brand new 2013 and I like the car so I decide to buy it anything from these manager JC I went there this past Tuesday to buy a new Traverse I drive a brand new 2013 and I like the car so I decide to buy it after talk to the manager JC he mention that he have another 2013 traverse the only things was the truck have 3000 miles but still brand new same guarantee and all that crap and he will provide me a good discount because the miles and I say way not after the deal was completed they decide to give me full price for the truck and when I try to mention about the discount they say was never offer a discount I try to speak with another manager Ernest Hickman same story awful customer service from this person I return on Wednesday to spoke about new deal and this manager Ernest was not even enough professional to speak with us again he just send another sales person to speak with us and to be transfer to finance he even avoid to have eye contact to us worse service from a manager in other words DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEALER …………. This review is for Benny also, we met him at Auto Zone and he was very helpful and informative. He had just purchased a Sonic at the Surprise location and we informed him that we were interested in also d and he was very helpful and informative. He had just purchased a Sonic at the Surprise location and we informed him that we were interested in also down sizing with our truck. He gave us his card and right there set up an appt. for us to come down to his loctaion in Glendale. When we arrived he was busy with another customer and arragned for Beau to help us out, so between the two of them we purchased our Truck. Both men were very patient and infomative till the very end. And we did have them both there till closing. What impressed me the most is Benny's willingness to offer a pray that God would bless and protect us as we were about to drive away in our brand new truck. So today we thank you all and wish the same to all of you. More

From the moment I walked in, the employees were evasive when I asked questions. I was skeptical but decided to give them a chance. This was a huge mistake. I wasted 4 hours of my life trying to make sense when I asked questions. I was skeptical but decided to give them a chance. This was a huge mistake. I wasted 4 hours of my life trying to make sense of their dishonest, insulting bait-and-switch sales tactics. They speak quickly and try to sound intelligent in attempts to breed insecurity in the customer and ultimately fool them, but I'm not nearly stupid enough to fall for their tactics. I've been to many many car dealerships, but this is far and away the absolutely worst experience I've ever had. I was also interested in returning my leased vehicle, so I gave an employee my keys for a vehicle inspection. During the insultingly dishonest excuse for a sales pitch, the employees refused to return my keys, so I felt as if I was held hostage! I said many times that I wanted to leave, but it took hours for them to return my keys. When they finally did, the salesman was surly and hostile because I would not buy from him. I would urge anyone and everyone to stay away from this place. It had no redeeming qualities, and I couldn't be more disgusted with how I was treated. I truly believe that these men thought they could rip me off because I'm a woman and came alone. At one point, I even agreed to one of their prices (though it was far off from what was advertised on www.chevrolet.com), but when they returned with the paperwork, it was more than $1100 more than our agreement. They casually tried to play this off as something I'd agreed to, but I absolutely did not. Even after 4 hours, I walked out and went to a different dealership. I got the exact same vehicle for $100 less EACH MONTH and couldn't be happier with the service at Courtesy Chevrolet. Sands, however, was nothing less than an utter, absolute nightmare. More
