READ THIS!!! So we have all been to a dealership at one point in time I assume but let me tell you Sands Chevrolet is the place to go and Anne West is the person to see!! And here's why. First lets start off at walking in I was very impressed going into Sands Chevrolet to see all the classics and how clean this place was. Also to see the people in the comfy service area shows the trust people have in this dealership to take care of their cars without being swindled. Not like some dealerships you go to where the service department is always trying to sell you on everything you don't need! Sands was clean had goodies and a nice place to relax and even check out all the cool classics while your vehicle gets worked on. Plus I like goodies! After some looking around I found Annie! who contacted me about the new 2012 Chevy Cruze I saw online. She is just plain awesome!! She had the keys ready to go, and for the exact car I wanted to look at. Unlike other sales people I have dealt in the past who are pushy and impersonable, Annie is very personable, helpful and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns before moving along. Although I have bought used cars in the passed, I have never bought a brand new car. This was a big decision for me and Annie new it and made sure everything was taken care of even after I had signed the paperwork and left the lot, I had a small concern which I called Annie and within a couple minutes it was done and taken care of. I can go on and on about the professionalism Annie shows, not to mention her many years with the GM brand and her owning one herself showed me her faith in GM. If your looking for a no bs, professional but personal experience look no further than Annie!! At Sands Chevrolet, she is simply put Awesome. I hope not just me but my family and friends will make her our dealer for all our future vehicle purchase because she makes it a breeze. More

I was told by my sales person that I would not have my credit pulled. I realized today that five companies have pulled my credit report. I already had financing by USAA but the sales person lied directly credit pulled. I realized today that five companies have pulled my credit report. I already had financing by USAA but the sales person lied directly to my face. He also lied about including a bed liner in the new truck I purchased. The finance person Maddy told my to protect my truck, I should get a warranty. After he told me where to sign, I noticed a 100 dollar deductable that he said "Oh yes, i forgot that part". The product itself is adequate, but the service is absolutely awful. Sands does not have any organizational integrity. Sands just lies to its customers and does not act upon what it promises. They do not care about the customer. I will also be letting the BBB and USAA about my terrible experience. I know I will never go to that dealership again. More

I visited the dealership several times looking for a new van that would be able to tow a good sized recreational trailer. I wanted something with the power and towing capacity to do this.
