I initially wrote up this huge complaint review but decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Friendly people working there, but failed when it came down to fol decided to focus on the main issue. Too many employees & not enough Customer Care. Ordering floor mats, getting the paperwork right the first signing or returning phone calls. The GM of the dealership did contact us to apologize for the inconveniences. That made a difference to us and hopefully some Customer Service training is in store for this location. More

My boyfriend bought his truck from sands a couple of months ago and chad was our salesman. We found him to be very pleasant to deal with and willing to make our visit comfortable as can be. I had a 2008 2LT, which I absolutely loved and thought if I could find my exact car in the 2012 model, I would buy it. So I consulted the internet.
