During that time period I have worked with an excellent sales staff for vehicle purchases and also worked with and outstanding service department personnel for the regular maintenance of my vehicles. Sands Chevrolet in my opinion is one of the top dealerships for providing total and exceptional customer service. More

Went in for great price oil change but not worth it afterall I normally do not post reviews but given the circumstances, I felt I needed to post this one. I had an oil change appointment but was ignored when I I normally do not post reviews but given the circumstances, I felt I needed to post this one. I had an oil change appointment but was ignored when I got there. Finally after waiting in the service line for about 10-15 minutes, I told one of the workers that I had an appointment, had been waiting and no one was helping me. He paged the person I made the appointment with and he did not come out so someone went to look for him and brought me inside. Then, I waited longer then I have ever waited for any oil change that this car has ever been given. When it was finally finished, I got in the car only to find smudges on the door and black gloves on the floor board. Also, the initial price advertised went up much more then expected. I read the fine print and was expecting a small increase but not one that made it close to the normal prices at some of the competitor oil service shops. On the plus side, it is wonderful that they wash your car and the coffee inside has a nice variety. More
Lifetime customer I've been coming to Sands for 15 plus years and have never had a bad experience here. I've bought 7 vehicals between this location and their Surprise I've been coming to Sands for 15 plus years and have never had a bad experience here. I've bought 7 vehicals between this location and their Surprise location as well as referred multipl people here. I have also brought other non Chevy cars here for repairs/maintenance and have never had any problems. They always been very honest! More

Didn't do what I asked. First thing I told them was not to wash my car when I took my car for an oil change but sure enough the did wash the car. Problem with vehicle still not fixed Chad Ratliff was amazing as my service writer , he has tried everything to get the service manager to get my truck fixed , it sat there for 30 days fo Chad Ratliff was amazing as my service writer , he has tried everything to get the service manager to get my truck fixed , it sat there for 30 days for a vibration that the truck still has , I have taken service tech for rides and they agreed t is not normal , I have also taken chad for a test drive after new tires and he also agrees something is wrong.When I picked the truck up 30 days later they told me it was fixed completely if I put new tires on truck , so I spent more money and did so , truck has same vibration/humming noise as it did when I dropped it off for service and when I purchased the vehicle.I purchased the tires to prove to them that was not the issue as I proved .also after getting the new tires on the truck that the dealership did they have it back to me with loose lug nuts and wheel locks falling of which I took photos of time stapes and dated from that morning , the service out of these tech that have work on my truck are rediculous , all they know is how to plug a computer into the truck and if it doesn't read a code then the truck is fine , not one of these techs yet has shown me any other knowledge in able to problem solve to the issue this truck has.I am still waiting for a response back from them as to when they are going to actually fix the truck this time but no response yet . I will give it one more week for response before I reach out legally and to news channels about this servicecenter and the run around I have received as all I want is my truck fixed.i can be reached at 480-372-6878 More
