above and beyond nothing but heartache from most of my dealings here at SANDS, too many issues to detail here but when my emergency cable BROKE (I'm 55 years old and h nothing but heartache from most of my dealings here at SANDS, too many issues to detail here but when my emergency cable BROKE (I'm 55 years old and have never had a brake cable break) at 1.5 miles over 36000 miles (so yeah 1.5 over the expiration of the bumper to bumper coverage) the beautiful people at SANDS "graciously covered it under warranty! So nice they are! Now at 36,600 the hood latch lever in side the car has broke off and when I call what I get is a service advisor saying how he got in trouble for covering the broke brake and that there was nothing he could do..............is there anything else I can help you with? Yeah go pound SANDS More
Went for an oil change everything was great awesome service. Have been going there since I purchased my spark since 2013. Service is awesome and also fast. Poor Customer Service It took just over two hour for my car to just get an oil change. Customer service representative did not apologize for the time. He did not treat me respectfully as a customer because I am a young adult. Every time I ask for them to show me the oil they just changed in my car, he gave me a look like I was stupid. I already had to take my vehicle back for work not performed right the first time. I'm a disabled veteran and was told that the dealership gave a 10% discount ,I didn't receive that or any other things that me and Mr. Martinez discussed. I trusted that everything would be taken care of since I mentioned that I am sick and I needed my car to be trip ready for my trip. We discussed frontend work that was not done and I could've been killed, I wasn't informed that the work was not done. I am a Post-traumatic vet and this has not helped me at all. I will bring my vehicle back in and see what the service manager will help me with ,even gave me the wrong floor mat? More

Scott Rodgers is our service consultant and he always takes very good care of us. Recently we took our son’s 2014 Chevrolet Silverado to Scott/Sands Glendale for an oil change, tire rotation, A/C repair and four recalls. Scott again took great care to make sure our vehicle was done correctly and in a timely manner. More
