Worst experience ever My vehicle has been in the repair shop die to a car accident for over 2 months now. It's always a run around and such a hassle. The original guy worki My vehicle has been in the repair shop die to a car accident for over 2 months now. It's always a run around and such a hassle. The original guy working on our car "walked out" and didn't inform his employer so they had to hire a new person in the meantime. This is the person that's been the biggest hassle to work with and with the previous employee walking out who knows what's going on at this dealership. Well one car accident and two months later the day the vehicle is done and ready we drive it off the lot to have the engine light come on. Well what a coincidence but the vehicle now needs a rebuilt or new engine on our dime although we never had engine trouble before the accident. So we just put over $8k to repair the damage and are now having to find a way to get a new engine. What a joke. Do not have your vehicle services or repaired here. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and headache. More

What a service!!! Didn't have an appointment when we came to Sands Chervolet. When we pulled up a Service Writer named Derek helped us write up an oil change. He also told us the service for the transmission and radiator service was due so we asked him how long it would take. We got there around noon on a Friday he told us about an hour and a half maybe 2. We told him we had to pickup our granddaughter from school by 3 he told us he would have it done in time. Well he did just in the nick of time. We paid and left picking up our granddaughter from school with time to spare. We never noticed a difference in the performance of our Silverado but boy what a difference it made having that transmission and radiator flush done. We were so happy with Sands Chevrolet that we later came back and purchased us a new Chevolet Silverado from Eric Prendergast over in Business Fleet. We look forward to a great relationship at Sands Chevolet. Very happy customers. More

Above and beyond! Took my '12 Malibu in for a recall issue and during the standard inspection, the techs found a serious issue with my steering box. Since I have extended warranty but with a $100 deductible, I wasn't sure if I could get the problem fixed. Joe called and told me Sands would issue a gift card to me that would essentially pay the deductible so I was able to get it fixed. During the repair process, they did a front-end alignment that I had been needing at no extra cost! The whole team there is wonderful and I will continue to take my '12 and maybe soon, my '16 Malibu to Sands for Service! More
Came in for a check up, I left all smiles. I came into Sands Chevrolet for my oil change and annual checkup, My Service Manager Adam Shadley brought me the news, I have an oil leak from a va I came into Sands Chevrolet for my oil change and annual checkup, My Service Manager Adam Shadley brought me the news, I have an oil leak from a valve cover onto the exhaust manifold, Front brake pads and rotters are worn out, ball joint cracked, and the control arm bushings are shot. He ran all the parts and labor ($$$$.$$). I need approval, which came quickly. Adam set me up with a loner, and said he would call with results as soon as he could. When he call back he said the work would be completed by 5:30 the next day. When I came in the next day at 5:ish, The car and work were done, the car washed, and I left All Smiles. More
