Chad Fairchild is an awesome part of Sand's Family and always makes sure I understand the work that is needed as well as to plan for servicing that might be coming up. This helps me to budget out my vehicle maintenance costs and not be caught off guard when they come up. I really appreciate the loaner car program that Sand's offers whenever I've had to leave my vehicle overnight. Having someone right on site that can get me going ASAP is a huge benefit. I also like the new layout with Sales and Service right next to each other, it makes it clear that Sand's is an integrated facility. More
