Service writer, James Black , assessed my needs and Called Sands for quick maintenance service turnaround prior to going on a road trip the next day. Service writer, James Black , assessed my needs and got my Silverado in right away for the oil change, wheel balance , alignment and tire rotation work. Steering wheel noise issue was quickly resolved and my truck washed and returned to me reasonably fast after a brief wait. James kept me up with progress reports throughout the wait. I am always impressed with Sands Chevrolet attention to detail! That why I keep coming back for service after the sell. Thank you!!! More
