I didn’t have an appointment and they were swamped with other customers. I waited in the pleasant waiting room for a few hours.and it got fixed. Big kudos to Lauren who helped me get this repaired at the last minute. She has a “can do” attitude and very nice and friendly. Secor, you are blessed to have her working for you. Amazing! More

Un knowlegeable staff not the place it used to be Staff seemed un trained or just incompetent. I had coupon from subaru and staff had no idea how to use it and tried to stiff me out of $20 of its val Staff seemed un trained or just incompetent. I had coupon from subaru and staff had no idea how to use it and tried to stiff me out of $20 of its value. Did not know ac filter was actually cabin air filter. They thought it was engine air filter. How does any service writer not know the difference. Did not know what service my vehicle actually needed at 12k had to tell them myself. Didnt know difference between oils. This palce used to be great when you interacted with an ex tech at the desk instead of service writer. That person knew what you needed. Go back to that and dont try to be boutique. On top of it waited 2hrs for oil change and tire rotation could have done it quicker in drive way including time to drive to dealer and get oil. More

Excellent, thorough explanation of all features Wayne Carpenter, my sales person, spent a lot of time with me explaining the Legacy’s equipment and safety features. He also said I could come back any time for a refresher course and to answer any questions I have after driving the car awhile. Great person! More
