Inconsistent, poor communication I've been to your center 4 times and only one of those visits went as expected. First round you guys canceled my appointment on me, when I did get in I've been to your center 4 times and only one of those visits went as expected. First round you guys canceled my appointment on me, when I did get in for service and my car wasn't ready at the designated agreed upon time (4pm) after having it all day. I was texted a few minutes before 4pm for the delay notification but i was already at the dealership. Another visit i need a new tire but a large Subaru service center does not have it in stock, this was really disappointing and it wasn't a fancy tire type. I usually have to follow up on the day of service. Try to get a hold of my advisor but she's not around. Multiple different issues over several visits, bad overall impression of your business for me. Love the car itself. More
