Worst service ever. If I could give this dealership no stars I would. Drop my car off for a simple oil change, tires rotations and wiper changes. I drop my car off at 11 If I could give this dealership no stars I would. Drop my car off for a simple oil change, tires rotations and wiper changes. I drop my car off at 11 A.M, didn’t heard anything from the dealership, so I decided to call to make sure everything was good. I called around 3 PM in the afternoon. The person that answer the phone told me that my car was still not ready and it was going to be ready around 4-4:30 PM. Received a text saying that my car is ready to go at 4:15 PM went there any nothing. Around 4:25 PM finally talked to someone and guess what my car was not fully ready. The lady asked me if I wanted to wait to get my car washed.. and I obviously said no!!!! I waited for my car for about 5:30 hrs... for a simple maintenance. Like how???? That’s my question I don’t understand. I’m really upset also at my other dealership my wipers are included in my maintenance plan, so why did I had to pay for them... I’m for sure not going back. More
