Service called within 2.5 hours to come pick up the car. Associate explained in detail how to operate the remote starter and answered several questions for me. Also John Donovan clarified a question regarding the new fob. Great place for Subaru service. Everyone wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and in the time promised. Can't see any reason to take my Outback anywhere else for service/parts! More

Once I get my car will need a new place to service it I brought my car in for a 120,000 mile service almost 2 weeks ago and I still do not have it back. 1. Poor communication. Radio / Navigation System went out. 1. Person that was taking care of it outright lied. 2. Repair Manager John and Amanda stepped in and were very helpful. 3. Over 2 weeks to get me 1. Seemed a little long. 4. Amanda gave me a rental, 1 week later because i was going on a trip, would have been hard with no Navigation or Radio. John and Amanda are the reason i will continue to be a customer. Without them my next car would have been bought elsewhere. More
