I have also recently experienced a dealership have some of the most unknowledgable and unprofessional people in their line of work. This was not the case with our purchase at Secor Subaru. Peter Harsh was our Salesman. He was friendly, patient, LISTENED WELL, and cared about our needs. During our test drive my wife drove while myself and Peter spoke about the features of the car. He answered all of my questions with expert knowledge. We sat down with Peter after the test drive and spoke about the cost of the vehicle. I told him the monthly payments I am willing to pay and he, along with his sales and management team, made it happen. We even ran into issues involving missing paperwork that I was not aware of for the state of CT from previous vehicles. He notified me immediately so that I was able to clear up all issues and purchase the vehicle without further hassle. After coming to this dealership, I will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle during the remainder of my time in CT. I love my new Forester. More
