We have two Subaru's through Secor and the service has always been amazing. At this point, feels like family. Recently, I made an appointment to have our first forester checked out--didn't have heat or air conditioning. It was originally diagnosed as needing a compressor replaced. However, after installation, it was determined that the problem was elsewhere. The team at Secor installed the new parts and didn't charge for the compressor. Just amazing ethics and service. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you!! More

This was the worst automotive service I have ever received. The car was there for a week with out being touched. The service advisor number given to us to text was ignored and we had to call repeated received. The car was there for a week with out being touched. The front desk staff member who checked me was rude and inattentive. When I mentioned I thought my gas mileage was off all the gentleman man offered was to keep my car for several days and drive it around… inattentive. Made an appointment. We were told it would take 45 minutes to check a bolt that was part of a recall on our Forester. After 2 hours we had to leave but made another appointment. After waiting 3 hours, our car was looked at and we were told that they checked the bolt and tried to tighten it, but that it was pretty tight all ready. I feel that waiting a total of 5 hours and having to commute back and forth both times was unacceptable for a service that literally only took 5 minutes. More
