My battery died. Your manager was so accommodating. Fit me in without an appointment because of our issue. Arranged to have the car picked up at our hoe and delivered back when job was done! My recent ratings for service at Secor have gone down slightly. I still trust the quality of their service, but the feel has gotten much less personal. Staff are courteous and helpful, but when I recen slightly. I still trust the quality of their service, but the feel has gotten much less personal. Staff are courteous and helpful, but when I recently brought my car in for oil change and routine inspection, it took much longer than expected. In fact, I returned to the office after 90 min and the car was ready but no one had come to the waiting area to tell me. A little disappointing. More
