Secor Subaru - Service Center

A day after getting a major service done (30,000mi + recall) a large bolt fell out of the dash while I was driving. It was not screwed in from when the mechanic took it apart to fix the recall. This totally makes me question all of the work that was done on the car. Also, there is now a significant leak of water onto the front passenger footwell carpet. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BEFORE GETTING THE CAR SERVICED at Secor. I am supremely disappointed. I am never one to complain, but when you pay for dealership service you expect that the car will be given back to you in better condition than when you dropped it off for servicing. More

I’ve had 5 Subaru cars and won’t get another brand. A big part of the reason is the people at Secor Subaru. The sales and service personnel are very nice and make you feel confident that you are being taken part of the reason is the people at Secor Subaru. Over time you spend more time with the service people than sales and I couldn’t be happier with the service. In particular Lauren McGloin has taken care of me and my car the most. Lauren always takes time to understand the reason for the service and she keeps me informed on the status. That level of customer attention combined with her pleasant personality always puts me at ease during a service call. I have and will continue to recommend Secor Subaru to friends and family. More

Went in to replace a wheel bearing, They ended up replacing the bearing along with an airbag that had a recall that I was unaware of. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I have had less than Pleasant dealings with this dealership in the past, this time they said the knocking noise when the car was in park with the engine running was caused by a bad front axle. My last visit was great. I had the locking lug nuts removed from my car because I idi not have the lock tool. They rotated my tires and washed my car all for $20. I appreciated the service.
