Had my alternator die, Secor provided loaner car for duration, everyone was amicable and friendly. I find the rates a little high so not all my car service is done there but the majority is. Total xxxxxxxx the last time I went their for the service department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stati department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stating they couldn’t put the motor back in my window and gave it back to be in a cardboard box. It’s funny when you get treated like you know nothing about cars, never judge a book by its cover. After the way I was lied to I Honestly can’t ever see myself going back. Can’t believe I paid for that, what a joke. More
