While it is my practice to never take part in these types of surveys, I felt it necessary to break with my own precedent. This will be my third attempt at finding a reputable, honest, competent, and straight of surveys, I felt it necessary to break with my own precedent. This will be my third attempt at finding a reputable, honest, competent, and straight forward Mercedes-Benz service department. My first impression of Smith Mercedes-Benz is they meet that criterion. The Service Manager Wes Reed is extremely knowledgeable, as is his Assistant Service Manager Craig Tedeschi, who was extremely helpful as well. Talking to their Sales Manager, Roger Waugh, about selling a second car back to them was also an unexpected, pleasant conversation. Hopefully, Smith Mercedes-Benz can keep me from changing brands.
