Amazing Service! Came in with a broken hood release at 5:30PM. Only 30 minutes before closing. They had the part an it was installed. I was out of there at 6:01PM. Full repaired. Both my husband and I have Mercedes purchased from this dealer. Their service departs is great- if it’s going to take a long time for service, a loaner is always an option, but service is done in a timely dealer.
