Recall notice Service Campaign # 2019080019 Easy drop off, I was greeted upon arrival, provided a loaner, got a call when my car was ready ( same day) , returned the loaner easily and my car was Easy drop off, I was greeted upon arrival, provided a loaner, got a call when my car was ready ( same day) , returned the loaner easily and my car was driven to me out front, like a red carpet service - no complaints except in terms of a Service Campaign I would recommend not charging $10 and gas for the loaner, I had no choice but to bring my car in to a Mercedes dealership for this recall issue, I understand that I could have gotten my own transportation - When I leased my Audi a few years ago I was not charged by Audi for a loaner when my car was being serviced. I even got a free loaner from H&M Motor works which is where I go today for all my routine maintenance for my Mercedes. More

Above and beyond. I came in to have my car serviced and to get 4 new tires. In addition I had some minor damage to the rear bumper. I worked with Craig in service and he ensured that all the work go done on time, and then referred an excellent body shop for me to have fix the damage. He coordinated them coming to see the car while it was at the dealership and made sure I had everything I needed to complete all of the repairs. Great customer service.
