Worst experience I just recently but a ml350 and took it here for an oil change I had a Lexus RX before and whenever I took it to get an oil change they would check ev I just recently but a ml350 and took it here for an oil change I had a Lexus RX before and whenever I took it to get an oil change they would check everything on the car at not extra cost and I used to pay 1/3 of the fraction that I pay here. I was very surprised that I pay $176 only for an oil change and they wouldn't check if I need any other maintenance on my car unless I pay them for it. I am very disappointed and would never bring my car there again. More

Service I walked into the service dept, at 230 on a Wednesday afternoon the service advisor was seated in the tv area. I finally was asked if i needed anythin I walked into the service dept, at 230 on a Wednesday afternoon the service advisor was seated in the tv area. I finally was asked if i needed anything about 10minutes of standing there. I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not but explained that I could leave it and pick up at a later time. I was told he wouldn't be able to look at it until next week which I did not have a problem with. We went to my car and I explained the problem. The service advisor basically could not be bothered with me or my car. I have been a Mercedes owner for over 30 years, I own 3 now , I normally go to flagship motors but was in the area so decided to try Smith. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed and will never go back. More
