This dealership provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went to Smith on a Sunday. I had been to several dealerships before coming here. They were very informative they asked the right questions and I gave them all the information on what I was looking for. Marc led me to the perfect vehicle. They took the time even went into after hours to make sure I was happy when I left that day. I left excited not stressed out. I left satisfied and informed. The following day was a holiday, and it didn’t matter as I was driving away in my new vehicle by Wednesday and it was perfect. It was the easiest transaction and I am thrilled with my purchase. When Mercedes updates their applications and when asked a question about any specific lights suddenly turning and staying on, it is imperative that your Service Consultant (Nicholas, in my case) understands the stress clients are going through, and the questions we the clients raise as quickly as possible so they can deliver exceptional customer service, and I can proudly confirm: Nick is the MAN! On top f that, he always ensures my loaner is ready to go, and my car is returned to me in the better stand I dropped it at the shop.
