I was treated like I’ve been a customer for years from beginning to end . Check in was quick and informative for the service I was there for. He personally came outside a few times to let me know the stat beginning to end . Check in was quick and informative for the service I was there for. He personally came outside a few times to let me know the status of the car and time frame of completion. He also directed me to a bench with an overhang as it started raining as I was waiting outside. Little over an hour, I was on my way in my car freshly washed and vacuumed compliments of Smith Motor Sales :) Customer service is a 10+ Thank you very much ! More
