I had my car towed to this dealership because of a flat tire on my run flat tires. I walked into the service center and asked the first service representative “how are you?” and I didn’t get any response, tire on my run flat tires. I walked into the service center and asked the first service representative “how are you?” and I didn’t get any response, just walked by me. When I was called to the on service representative desk and he asked me to write down my name, address and phone number on a blank piece of paper instead of connecting with a customer and asking for the information while he typed it into the system like any other customer friendly place. I informed him that I have the premium warranty tire repair package he was passive on the information I gave him and made it seem like it doesn’t matter. He mumbled “this f-n guy” under his breath. I informed him to not charge me anything without telling me. Several minutes later he told me that my tire wouldn’t be covered because the thread is too low. I have low profile summer tires and 16k miles, along with winter tires that I have changed throughout the seasons. He didn’t bother to make an attempt to contact the warranty provider to see if it’s covered. Instead he wanted to charge me for a new tire. I shouldn’t be judged on my gender, race or age when going to an establishment. I went another Mercedes dealer the next day and they replaced my tire for free under the warranty. More
