Worst experience I just recently but a ml350 and took it here for an oil change I had a Lexus RX before and whenever I took it to get an oil change they would check ev I just recently but a ml350 and took it here for an oil change I had a Lexus RX before and whenever I took it to get an oil change they would check everything on the car at not extra cost and I used to pay 1/3 of the fraction that I pay here. I was very surprised that I pay $176 only for an oil change and they wouldn't check if I need any other maintenance on my car unless I pay them for it. I am very disappointed and would never bring my car there again. More

Service I walked into the service dept, at 230 on a Wednesday afternoon the service advisor was seated in the tv area. I finally was asked if i needed anythin I walked into the service dept, at 230 on a Wednesday afternoon the service advisor was seated in the tv area. I finally was asked if i needed anything about 10minutes of standing there. I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not but explained that I could leave it and pick up at a later time. I was told he wouldn't be able to look at it until next week which I did not have a problem with. We went to my car and I explained the problem. The service advisor basically could not be bothered with me or my car. I have been a Mercedes owner for over 30 years, I own 3 now , I normally go to flagship motors but was in the area so decided to try Smith. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed and will never go back. More

My recent service appointments to perform a general alignment after purchasing new tires went extremely well. Smith Motors accommodated my appointment request and performed the service well below my pr alignment after purchasing new tires went extremely well. Smith Motors accommodated my appointment request and performed the service well below my price expectation. Recently I was experiencing an issue with the drivers’ door handle and the keyless go capability. The service department identified the issue and replaced the mechanism. Though they did not have the part(s) in stock there was no issue as I was able to retain the loaner vehicle. Also, I found them quite accommodating as during that service appointment I had another vendor replace the cracked windshield. The arrangement of services allowed me to remain mobile and forgo any additional headaches. Smith Motors personnel are also friendly, helpful and courteous and they demonstrate a high level of respect for my vehicle as well as myself. More

Their repair prices are huge at $114/hour. Worse yet, they charge the book rate. I paid $384 to replace the regulator on my rear door as the window would not close. It just doesn't seem fair or reasonable to charge that kind of money just so I can close a window on a car with 75,000 miles. They'll never see me there again. By the way, I purchased the car there. Best MB dealership in the area however they recommend a lot of services that are not necessary for another 10k - 15k miles: brakes, rotors ect. Quality Dealership but not a Quality Car. Lexus and Acura blow them away. I'm in the shop 3 - 4 times a year minimum. These cars are only built to last as long as the warranty. If your looking for a MB though, Smith is the place to do business with. More
