I’m in my mid twenties, so I was nervous that walking in a pushy salesman would try to pull a fast one on me. I was so wrong! Scott has kids around my age, and told me he treats the youngsters (and everyone) how he’d want one of his kids to be treated. I appreciated that so much, because car buying can be stressful! He made it simple, easy, and explained everything. I definitely recommend paying him a visit if you’re in the market for a new car! More

Since I live just a mile north of Soerens, such proximity affords rapid shuttling between us. However, they did not recalibrate the tire pressure sensor, rendering tire readings 6 pounds difference. I had AAA road service come to me and inflate each tire to 37 pounds--BEFORE the Soerens guy came out. More

Tyler is the reason I go to Soerens Ford for service! A couple of weeks ago I brought my car in for a grease and oil change. At that time I was told I needed new brakes and the rear driver's side b A couple of weeks ago I brought my car in for a grease and oil change. At that time I was told I needed new brakes and the rear driver's side brake was worn more than the others and needed to bring it back to be checked for potential caliper issue as well as brake replacement. I called Tyler and made the appointment to have my brakes replaced and checked for the uneven wearing. Fortunately for me, whomever reviewed my car two weeks ago was wrong and there was no issue with my brakes! However, it wasted the technician's valuable time. Tyler was extremely kind as always and didn't charge me for the time to check my car. His integrity and always having the customer's best interest in mind is why I go to Soerens Ford.
