Always avoided dealerships like the plague. Not any more! Very professional without being impersonal. Well trained, clearly committed to service. Took care of an issue with my son's Explorer. The closing paperwork experience was far and away the best I've ever experienced. So very, very respectful of my time. I left their resolving to never buy from anyone else! I always cringe when I head into the office to take care of this part of the transaction because all other dealerships I've ever dealt with make this process long and drawn out. Not these guys. More
