Don't ever buy certified they don't cover anything Bought a certified pre owned explorer. The piece of mind of certified made the wife happy. Funny thing is we have had a few small things wrong with the explorer and it is never covered! Soren's won't work with you on it by contacting Ford or standing behind fords products. Penny wise pound foolish as my next car will not be a Ford. The final straw is the purge valve went bad and that's not covered? Soren's wants 325 to put in a 40 dollar part that shouldn't take more than 30 min to replace! Avoid Ford certified it really doesn't mean anything! Avoid Soren's as they won't stand behind the products they sell. They are close and convenient so would have had all my oil changes and work done there if they would stand behind the Ford product and warranty but the don't so I will be going elsewhere More

Friendly & well done Service was friendly and completed to my satisfaction. Extra work done to reset TPMS on all tires at no extra charge. They even washed the truck. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction! My husband has been leasing a really nicely equipped 2014 Fusion for the past 2 1/2 years or so and we just starting thinking about on what our option My husband has been leasing a really nicely equipped 2014 Fusion for the past 2 1/2 years or so and we just starting thinking about on what our options should be when our lease expired in April of this year. We were considering setting up an appointment when one Saturday morning, someone on their professional new car sales team called us to inform us about an early-bird program where we could turn the Fusion in early. We were definitely interested in moving into something larger and with all-wheel drive, so it worked out to our benefit to come in and test drive what Ford had to offer. We decided on a 2016 Edge and this time, I would be getting the new car (my husband wanted our old one for work use anyway). There were a few 2016 models left available and fortunately there was one with the options I really needed to drive away with. I am really pleased with the staff that helped make this happen and I am very impressed with the Edge! We look forward to working with Soerens again when the time comes around to get another car. More
