Overall a good car buying experience. The Southern States salesman (Mr. Terry McLean) I dealt with was very professional and friendly. For the most part, he took my preference in communicating over email into consideration rather well. The actual vehicle purchase at the dealership went fairly well and more or less quickly. Overall, I think Mr. McLean did everything that he was supposed to to make my purchasing decision at the dealership as easy as possible. However, when my Tire Pressure Sensor Light came on few days after the vehicle purchase and Mr. Mclean said I can come over to get it checked out, the serviceman (whose name I can't remember) just informed the two of us that it was "normal" for the TPSL to come on when the weather was cold and did not take further action (possibly because the light had reverted back to being off at that exact moment). However I really wish he had looked into it further, and at least offered to look at the tires. Even if it is "normal" for the light to come on in cold temperature, I feel that the serviceman could have acted differently to ease my concern. My second visit happened a week later, when the fuse for the CD player/Blutooth/Radio became loose, and had to go to Southern States again. At that time, my TPSL was back on again. This time, we interacted with a different service person, and he was much more friendly and active, and fixed the problem with the fuse immediately, and also was willing to fill up all the tires so that the TPSL would turn back off, as well as informed me how much air should be in the tires for the vehicle. More
