Feel like you’re being herded through the garage area. Not a friendly staff for loaner process. When I picked my car up, after spending over $1300, it was dirty. I requested to have it washed, then stood Not a friendly staff for loaner process. When I picked my car up, after spending over $1300, it was dirty. I requested to have it washed, then stood in garage until they brought it back- 98 degrees outside, no seating , no offer of water- nothing!! I expect more from Lexus! More
