Streetside lived up to their reputation with regard to my purchase. Extra shout out to Matt for his communication and assistance throughout. Thanks. More

At the root of it all, they're still salesmen and care about nothing but the bottom dollar. While I was unable to drive after surgery, I called about a car, was told it ran good, A/C just "needed service" about nothing but the bottom dollar. While I was unable to drive after surgery, I called about a car, was told it ran good, A/C just "needed service" to blow cold, and was reassured it checked all the boxes I wanted in a classic. 1. Looks good from 20 feet away, didn't care much about being a "pure" car. 2. Had to be road-ready to drive with nothing more than minor tune-up items. Fluids, belts, hoses.) 3. Not full of body filler or rust. Well, I purchased the car over the phone, and have now that I've recovered from surgery, I've already spent over $3,000 on a carb, fuel pump, new distributor, calipers, rotors, drums, brake likes, booster, etc. I still haven't driven the car in almost a year after purchasing it, because it's utterly unsafe. There are multiple bolts missing from the bellhousing, because the bolt holes are stripped in the block, the clutch is shot, water leaks in through the rust holes in the cowl, the wiring has been cut and twisted together in several places, the radio doesn't have power, the HVAC system as a whole is missing behind the dash (Has controls, but no wiring or linkage connected,) fuel was leaking from the feed line where clamps were never installed, half of the Air Conditioning system is MISSING, and the list goes on. When I contacted Streetside, the Sales Manager attempted to bribe me with a $300 to remove my negative (but honest) review, after telling me "I should have hired a better person to inspect the vehicle for me before purchase." The review stays, Michael- until Streetside either buys the car back, or pays for the repairs. More
This was a magical event for me. My wife passed in June. She like me has always loved the cars we grew up with. This would be Mustang #4 for me, # 3 for her. I would like to thank Ashlee for her professionalism and education and good manners. I was trying to sell my Jeep Cherokee on consignment, it wasn't her fault that I didn't reach an agreement with Streets education and good manners. I was trying to sell my Jeep Cherokee on consignment, it wasn't her fault that I didn't reach an agreement with Streetside Classics, maybe my price was something out of the ordinary, but she understood and was very nice to me. I decided to sell the vehicle on my own, I sold it a few days after. Of course she didn't know that, almost a month after that, Ashlee contacted me to see if I wanted to sell my Jeep through Streetside, I told her that I had already done it in private. No one of the dozens of people and companies that I contacted to consign my vehicle called me back, just Ashlee, and that made me very happy, there are still people who work the way it should be. Most importantly, Ashlee (also reflects the Streetside Classics ethic) contacted me even though my car is too low value for classics. She contacted me as if I had a Bentley Blower for consign. When I told her that I sold it myself, she congratulated me in a very sincere way. I'll recommend Streetside Classic to my friends and coworkers, and I hope I can buy some classic in the future. Thank you Ashlee, thank you Streetside Classics, for thinking of the people. More
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from StreetSide Classics. I have been looking for a vintage Street Rod Chevy pickup truck and came across a 1958 Chevy 3100 Apache after looking at a 1941 StreetSide Classics. I have been looking for a vintage Street Rod Chevy pickup truck and came across a 1958 Chevy 3100 Apache after looking at a 1941 Chevy pick up which turned out to be disappointing after inspection. We noticed the 1958 while touring the showroom, and the Chrysler Prowler Orange Pearl paint just jumped out at us. The truck has some minor issues but overall well worth the purchase. One negative thing I have to say about StreetSide Classics is having to wait 12 days to receive the title. However, our sales associate Derrick Proctor was very Professional, Friendly, Patient and most helpful and pointed out all the issues with the vehicle prior to showing us the vehicle. Working with Derrick was enjoyable and not once did he try and pressure a sale. Another odd thing that happened was when my wife tried to call your business office about the title a week after we bought the truck. She followed the prompts to get title information. The phone was answered by a woman and then my wife was disconnected. She called back and got another woman who identified herself as the answering service (even though this was during working hours). She questioned the woman since she had just talked to someone in the office. She ended up leaving a message. The office never returned her call; however, our salesman did call the following workday and left us information about the title. If the title department isn't going to answer calls, perhaps they don't need to have an extension on the main phone line where customers can request their help. More
