Our 2nd Forester What brought me to Subaru Superstore of Surprise was the Service Dept. Glen and Brandon along with team of mechanics worked diligently to figure out w What brought me to Subaru Superstore of Surprise was the Service Dept. Glen and Brandon along with team of mechanics worked diligently to figure out why the "check engine" light kept coming on, eliminating one issue after another. When I finally agreed with my husband to consider another Forester, Michael introduced himself to us. It was a pleasure working with Micheal. He patiently dealt with our questions regarding repairing our 2012 Forester, purchasing a pre-owned verses a new Forester. After making decision to purchase new, he searched for the color we preferred so we wouldn't have to settle for a white one the dealership had on hand. If was actually fun working through the finances and various warranty and options packages with Shelby Lane. Brittany Story introduced us to the many new features that did not exist in our 2012 model before sending us off. We really appreciate how seamless the employees work together. More
