Great tech training experience After having bought a new Subaru Outback about a month ago, my wife and I attended a new buyers clinic at the dealership. Tina conducted the clinic with the help of someone to drive a demo car for us to experience the collision alert function on the new cars. The collision drive was impressive and the rest of the clinic was very informative to show us how to utilize the tech features on our vehicles. The one drawback was the speed which we moved through the various topics, but I know I can contact Tina anytime I need a refresher. More

A wonderful surprise working with Subaru of Surprise :-) After 4 weeks of test driving cars, dealing with over 15 different dealerships ranging from Bell Road in Glendale to dealerships in Tempe, I was at my After 4 weeks of test driving cars, dealing with over 15 different dealerships ranging from Bell Road in Glendale to dealerships in Tempe, I was at my wit's end. My final stop was Subaru Surprise (I had decided that if this didn't work out, I would just go ahead and spend the money necessary to fix my 1997 Outback). The entire time and every individual I worked with were extremely helpful: Todd, Charles, Tina, and Dusty. They each worked hard and met all my needs + some! Well worth the 60 miles round trip from my home to get out there. I should have made this dealership my first stop, because most likely it would have also been my last stop. If you live in the heart of Phoenix or in the West Valley, don't overlook this gem of a place and people who are real jewels! More
