My truck was locked in 4 wheel drive low. The service department reprogrammed the computer and unlocked the transfer case. They checked with Chevrolet and was told that I should leave the truc The service department reprogrammed the computer and unlocked the transfer case. They checked with Chevrolet and was told that I should leave the truck in 2 wheel drive instead of auto unless it is raining or snowing. Why didn't Stasek know that? Why didn't Chevrolet tell me that. $400 for the reprogramming. Dealer had to give me a loaner. Wasted $? More

Extremely Disappointed Very poor service from the start. My vehicle was towed to Stasek and upon arrival I started telling “Johnny” the issues. He didn’t let me finish tal Very poor service from the start. My vehicle was towed to Stasek and upon arrival I started telling “Johnny” the issues. He didn’t let me finish talking and kept interrupting me. I knew what the problems were but he didn’t care, and of course when I eventually picked up the vehicle several of the issues were not even addressed. the vehicle spent several weeks at the dealership, far longer than necessary. I dropped it off on a Friday and was told I would receive a phone call in the morning on Saturday. I never received the phone call and called to speak with “Johnny” on Monday AND Tuesday and I left messages. On that Wednesday I still did not hear anything so I went to the dealership in person. I spoke to a manager (Tom?) and “Johnny” finally called on Thursday. I asked for a breakdown of the work and costs and an appraisal of the vehicle. I then called on the Next Monday and left a message. A week later on the next Monday I called and left another message. He finally called me back on Thursday but I had to wait for the breakdown of everything, which he sent in an email the next day. I called and left a message for him to go ahead with the work but again I didn’t hear anything for TWO weeks, when he finally did call back (only after calling and speaking with a manager) the work wasn’t even started! When the vehicle was finally ready for pick up it was not cleaned like I requested and other issues were not addressed. This is my father’s vehicle and I am preparing it to be sold because we’re applying for Medicaid. I needed the written appraisal to get a sense of the vehicle’s value but did not receive it. I now have to go elsewhere which is ridiculous. I always heard good things about Stasek but I am beyond upset and would never go back to the dealership or recommend it to anyone I know. More
