The fact that I got a free loaner while work was being done on my car was a major plus but add on that my tolls were also covered - AMAZING! Never again First of all, I have bought new vehicles from six dealers. This is the first time I purchased a brand new vehicle and they gave me the vehicle almost First of all, I have bought new vehicles from six dealers. This is the first time I purchased a brand new vehicle and they gave me the vehicle almost out of fuel. Every dealer I’ve ever bought from has filled them. Then Chaz came across as a snake oil salesmen. Gave me false info, which caused extreme inconvenience and added expenses for me. Was told numerous times I’d be called by him to rectify this and no call. We went on Memorial Day and the had free hot dogs and burgers, but you couldn’t spend anytime outdoors near the grill because the guy was BLARING profanity laced music. I had my 8 year old daughter with. We did let Chaz know when he asked us how our experience was, and he said he’d let the owner know. Then also asked us to leave a five star review since he “cut us a deal” but jokingly asked us not to include the information about the music issue. We did have no problems with our salesman, Kurt. Or the finance person who’s name I can’t recall. We also didn’t have any issues with the service department, as we understand they couldn’t control the bad information Chaz gave us. More

Warranty service My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and can’t retrieve text messages verbally. Was told by service consultant this has been a frequent issue and need to wait for GM to provide a solution. I was told to wait for a letter from GM in next few weeks or even months. So my new car has a partially functioning radio and technology. Not happy with this status? More
