Happy to say my car was kept inside as it is normally covered and garaged. I did find a chip in the paint on the hood, but no way to prove it happened during the 5-6 weeks it sit in your shop. In the past when I have brought my car there, it was always pulled up and my keys handed to me upon completion. This time, probably because it was so busy, I was handed my keys and told to push the alarm button on my remote to find my car in the lot. I thought this was odd. I couldn't find my car in the large lot. The Napleton person tried to help by doing the same thing with the remote. We finally found the car, but I thought this was an odd way of locating my car when it was usually pulled up for me. Other than that strange episode, my service was fine. I spoke with Doug Adams later and he assured me it would never happen again. Thanks for the followup, Doug. More
