Poor customer service It is the same feeling as going to a second hand street corner service. I was told the job to get my car fixed woult take about an hour. I've added to the job an oil change an it took 11 hours overall.;). I picked up my 'fied' car in the morning. The next day I got a phone call informing me that the parts for my car just arrived...( Technically my truck was ready when I picked it up)..Really. What did you do to my car then? I was supposed to get a call back from my service advisor to get an explanation....I'm still waiting 3 days later :)... More
