Communication POOR I had problems on the first day that I purchased the car. Stacey Hall handled the situation very well and brought the car back. The fuel pump was bad I had problems on the first day that I purchased the car. Stacey Hall handled the situation very well and brought the car back. The fuel pump was bad (Not their fault). On the 7th day back in their service department, I called and asked to speak to the General Manager to try to expedite getting my car back. I left a message on the voice mail of a "Bob Stasek" phone. That same day, my car was returned to me completely repaired. I never did get a return phone call and felt completely ignored by the upper management in trying to resolve my issue. I love the car. It's running great, and the price was right. More
