Too long of a wait I had a 2:30pm oil change appt. I waited for over an hour. When the car was ready, no one told the porter to get the car. I waited about 20-30 mins I had a 2:30pm oil change appt. I waited for over an hour. When the car was ready, no one told the porter to get the car. I waited about 20-30 mins and asked the technician where is my car. He said it will be soon. I ended up seeing a car porter and he asked for the ticket number and said it wasn’t called in. I ended up waiting outside for another 20-30 mins when a manager overheard my conversation on the phone complaining about how long a simple oil change, in which I had an appt for, took. They just ran the car thru the wash a few mins before and were vacuuming. Overall, it took 1 hr and 45 mins for an oil change and car wash. Also the technician tried selling me a new cabin filter. My cabin filter was just changed 3 months prior. Ugh. Anyway, that oil change took way too long. My next one should be free! More

The fact that I got a free loaner while work was being done on my car was a major plus but add on that my tolls were also covered - AMAZING! I live an hour from this dealership but it is worth the extra time for the treatment I receive. Kudos to all of you and thank you for making me feel good. Warranty service My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and can’t retrieve text messages verbally. Was told by service consultant this has been a frequent issue and need to wait for GM to provide a solution. I was told to wait for a letter from GM in next few weeks or even months. So my new car has a partially functioning radio and technology. Not happy with this status? More
